AUSSIE ROB WILKINSON'S MILLION DOLLAR PFL TITLE FIGHT THIS SATURDAY IN NEW YORK

25 November, 2022 - The Professional Fighters League (PFL), one of the world's biggest MMA organisations and fastest growing sports leagues, will finish the year off in style with the 2022 PFL World Championship this Saturday at Madison Square Garden from 9:00am AEDT, streaming ad-free, live & exclusive on Stan Sport.

The biggest night in MMA will see an astonishing six champions crowned, each earning a life-changing $1million USD in prize money as the PFL season comes to a dramatic close.

The main card will be headlined by the most dominant woman in MMA, the undefeated dual Olympic gold medalist Kayla Harrison, as she looks to claim her third PFL World Championship when she steps into the cage against power puncher and knockout artist Larissa Pacheco, who has been tearing through her opponents.

Also on the main card is Aussie Rob Wilkinson, who will have his sights set on becoming the first Australian to win a PFL championship when he takes on tough UFC veteran Omari Akhmedov.

In the co-main event, Bubba Jenkins will take on Brendan Loughnane for the Featherweight World Title which is set to be a scrap that is sure to draw fireworks. Jenkins who is a NCAA Division 1 champion and self confessed "bad man" will be after his 20th win in the cage.

In the Heavyweight World Title, MMA legend Ante Delija who has 22 wins and 5 loses will go to battle with Matheus Scheffel, who is out for revenge after succumbing to a shock knockout loss to Delija earlier in the season.

In one of the most significant signings in PFL history, the grandson of Muhammad Ali, Biaggio Ali Walsh will make his debut against Tom Graesser in a special amateur attraction. Featuring on the preliminary card, Ali Walsh will be looking to continue his grandfather's illustrious sports career in what will be a spectacle for combat fans.
