JAI OPETAIA LANDS DYNAMITE KO AGAINST HÜSEYIN CINKARA IN EXPLOSIVE SHOWDOWN

December 6 2025 - Tonight’s highly anticipated Ring of Fire clash on the Gold Coast has come to a stunning conclusion, with Jai Opetaia retaining the IBF and Ring Magazine Championship of the World in a brutal eighth-round victory over Hüseyin Cinkara.
Coverage was presented by a star-studded panel, including Michael Atkinson, Renee Gartner, and Australian boxing legend Danny Green. The unmissable showdown saw two champions make their gruelling meeting, as Jai Opetaia claimed victory with an explosive KO, defending his world titles and retaining his perfect professional record.
Jai Opetaia said: “Cinkara definitely came to fight. He boxed very well. He’s a soldier, and I’m excited for the next one. I’ve got room for improvement. I feel like I wasn’t myself, but we got the win.”
Hüseyin Cinkara said: “I came here for war. I was prepared. We had a great fight, but there’s a reason he’s the number one Cruiserweight in the world. I have no doubt he’s going to take all the belts.”
In front of an electric crowd, the highly anticipated undercard between Max McIntyre and Jed Morris ended in emphatic fashion, with McIntyre knocking out Jed Morris to take the WBC Australasian Super Middleweight title. And Jake Wyllie’s split draw with Paul Fleming triggered chaos in the ring, with Fleming and the crowd in uproar over the scores.
