STAN UNLEASHES SOMETHING TWISTED ON SYDNEY – SWEET TOOTH SERVES ICE CREAM, CHAOS AND OVER 30K IN PRIZES

To celebrate the new season of Twisted Metal, based on the legendary PlayStation® game, Stan is bringing Sweet Tooth’s ice cream truck to Sydney – dishing out free treats and massive prizes including PlayStation®5 consoles, Sony BRAVIA TVs, headphones and more.

July 23, 2025 – Buckle up, Sydney! Stan has teamed up with Sony Pictures Television to celebrate the new season of Twisted Metal, the live-action TV series based on the PlayStation® cult classic video game. 

Meet Sweet Tooth, if you dare, as he arrives in Sydney. With a truck full of ice cream, hundreds of prizes to giveaway, and a propensity to create chaos, he’s ready for a killer time. 

On Saturday August 2 from 11am - 2pm, Sweet Tooth and his ice cream truck will be parked at North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club*. Enjoy a delicious, metallic dessert and, if you’re feeling lucky, spin for the chance to win a wheelie addictive prize, including a Sony BRAVIA TV, Sony wireless headphones, PlayStation®5 consoles and PlayStation®Plus Deluxe 12 Month Memberships. With something to win every minute, other prizes include Twisted Metal merchandise and a double pass to the 2025 NRL Grand Final. 

Then, Sweet Tooth will make his way to Paddy’s Night Food Markets & Show N Shine auto show at Paddy’s Flemington Undercover Carpark. Spin the wheel from 6pm - 9pm to test your luck.

Today, for an early treat, Sweet Tooth will bring the party to the University of Technology Sydney on Jones Street from 11am - 3pm, where he will give away sweet treats, prizes and cause some chaos as students return for the new semester.

Starring Anthony Mackie (Captain America: Brave New World) and Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Twisted Metal is a high-octane action comedy written by Michael Jonathan Smith (Cobra Kai). The series is based on an original take by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Deadpool, Zombieland).

In the new season of Twisted Metal, get ready for some car-nage. Following the revelations in the season one finale, John and Quiet find themselves entering the deadly TWISTED METAL tournament, a sinister demolition derby hosted by a mysterious man known as Calypso. As they try to survive an onslaught of dangerous new foes and familiar faces alike, including the murderous clown Sweet Tooth, things get complicated for John when he reunites with his long-lost sister, the vigilante Dollface.
