THE NEW SEASON OF THE CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED STAN ORIGINAL THE ASSASSIN PREMIERES 1PM AEDT TODAY, ALL EPISODES AT ONCE.

WATCH THE TRAILER

Written by the award-winning duo Harry and Jack Williams (Stan Original The Tourist, Fleabag), the estranged mother-and-son duo return to take on the criminal underworld in the new season of the Stan Original The Assassin, this time with new enemies in tow.

Hitwoman Julie (Keeley Hawes) and Edward (Freddie Highmore) reluctantly team up once again when Edward’s dream honeymoon with Kayla (Shalom Brune-Franklin) is hijacked by a mysterious new threat. Plunged back into a world of international crime, kidnapping, and high-speed car chases, they’ll have to take down Spain’s corrupt underworld to survive the job and repair an already fragile relationship—and hopefully not kill each other first.

Returning cast include Keeley Hawes (Scoop, Miss Austen, The Bodyguard), Freddie Highmore (The Good Doctor, Bates Motel), Australian Shalom Brune-Franklin (Stan Original The Tourist, Baby Reindeer) and Devon Terrell (It’s What’s Inside, Barry).

The new season of the Stan Original The Assassin premieres 1pm AEDT today. All episodes at once, only on Stan.

HAMISH BLAKE ATTEMPTS SOMETHING ENTIRELY NEW IN THE HILARIOUS STAN ORIGINAL UNSKILLED ADULT, NOW STREAMING.

WATCH THE TRAILER

In this uplifting eight-part series, ‘CEO’ Hamish Blake and his ‘employees’ prove it’s never too late to learn a new skill - even if you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing. In the new Stan Original Unskilled Adult, Hamish and a revolving workforce of equally underqualified friends from the entertainment world will tackle a challenge none of them are remotely prepared for. The employees include Becky Lucas, Hugh van Cuylenburg, Anne Edmonds, Lloyd Langford, Sophie Monk, Dom Littrich, Ryan Shelton, Susie Youssef, Bret McKenzie, Lu Dal Din, Melanie Bracewell, Alexei Toliopoulos, Andy Lee, Jack Post, Guy Montgomery, and Abby Howells.

At its heart, Unskilled Adult is a funny and optimistic celebration of having a go, being useless at something new and discovering that you’re never too old, or too unskilled, to learn.

The Stan Original Unskilled Adult is now streaming. New episodes every Sunday, only on Stan.

THE NEW SEASON OF STEPHEN KING’S THE INSTITUTE PREMIERES THIS SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8.

From the director of smash-hit series Lost and From comes the new season of The Institute, the chilling thriller series that brings the novel from Stephen King to the screen. After their climactic escape from Dennison, the new season follows Luke and his friends as they search for a way to end the Institute for good. Meanwhile, The Director enlists a new ally, tech billionaire Nolan Reeves, to help him rebuild, and Sigsby’s life as a fugitive pushes her to seek a way back “in.”

The unmissable new season stars returning cast Joe Freeman, Mary-Louise Parker (Weeds), Ben Barnes (The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian), Simone Miller (Detention Adventure), Fionn Laird (The Testaments), alongside new cast member Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones).

The new season of The Institute premieres this Sunday, November 8. New episodes every Sunday, only on Stan.

STARRING ACADEMY AWARD® NOMINEE ROSE BYRNE, THE COMPELLING NEW PSYCHOLOGICAL DRAMA THE GOOD DAUGHTER PREMIERES NOVEMBER 13.

WATCH THE TRAILER

Rose Byrne (If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, Bridesmaids) and Meghann Fahy (The White Lotus, The Bold Type) lead the gripping new psychological drama series The Good Daughter, following two sisters who have spent the last 20 years trying to piece together the lives that were fractured by a single night of violence.

When another attack splinters the small town of Pikeville, Charlotte — a lawyer like her father — is the first witness on the scene. As the case unfolds and twists through painful memories and buried secrets, what emerges is not just a story of survival, but of enduring ties between a father, his daughters and the complex bond between sisters.

Based on the acclaimed novel by Karin Slaughter, the series also stars Brendan Gleeson (The Banshees of Inisherin, In Bruges), Harper Steele (Will & Harper), Olivia Williams (Dune: Prophecy), Drew Cheek (F*ck Valentine's Day), Audrey Grace Marshall (The Flight Attendant) and Michael Dorman (Stan Original Whale Shark Jack).

The Good Daughter premieres November 13. All episodes at once, only on Stan.

AN UNLIKELY ALLIANCE FORMS IN THE EXPERIMENTAL NEW AUSTRALIAN FILM STORM BIRD, NOW STREAMING.

Richard Hollingsworth, a once-revered composer now a reclusive nihilist, is living out his final months in isolation in Far North Queensland. When Jack, a tough but kind-hearted working-class neighbour facing jail time, saves him from a sudden heart attack, their lives unexpectedly intertwine. Together with Carla, a sharp New York author documenting Richard’s life, the three unlikely companions spend a transformative weekend confronting the past, unearthing personal truths, and forging unexpected bonds across social divides.

TAKE A PEEK BEHIND THE THEATRE CURTAIN IN THE COMEDY SERIES FIVE MINUTE CALL, NOW STREAMING.

Every night, five minutes before showtime, Simon (Simon Burke) slips into the dressing room of co-star Helen (Helen Dallimore) — their sacred inner sanctum during a long-running musical.

Helen, once the undisputed queen of the stage, is battling escalating voice issues but refuses to give in, clinging to the role, the spotlight. Meanwhile, Simon is chasing his own escape route: a US TV pilot that could rescue him from this creatively bankrupt, soul-shrivelling excuse for a show — and quite possibly deliver the international stardom he’s been insisting is still within reach.

Together they expose the absurd, brutal and weirdly tender reality of theatre life, where petty rivalries, delusion and daily humiliation somehow coexist with deep loyalty, hard-won brilliance and an undying belief that the show must, against all logic, go on.

Five Minute Call is now streaming.
